The Martian Tripods - H.G.Wells
"War of the Worlds" has always been a reference for me. growth with cassette tapes that were published in the 70s and my father put in the car, and me with a mixture of horror and fascination about what would happen if we ever invaded by Martians I developed a special interest in science fiction and space.
This work is a tribute to those hours of being nestled in the back seat with fear in the body until we got to the destination and the tape stopped. I wanted to be as faithful as possible to the description of wells, but as a teacher who was leaving the reader to put your imagination to work with some slight touches of description, so I had to make reference Brazilian artwork according Alvim Correa , Wells himself was the one who best captured the idea of ?? the Martian tripods.
