Start with the medium tool

Then use a pea sized amount of green stuff

Roll it with your fingers into the rough length to fit in the roll maker

Use the roll maker to make the maggot

Curl/bend the maggot into the required pose/shape

Paint using a few coats of citadel pallid wych flesh then wash with citadel nurgle's rot

and finally, another trial ;)
